We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with office management duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Experience as a dental receptionist or clerk is a plus

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
