Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2 years experience in office environment and preferably performing as an administrative assistant Must have knowledge of administrative procedures Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally Essential Functions and Primary Duties Prepare various documents which may include invoices, reports, memos, letters, responses to correspondence, surveys, spreadsheets and presentations Act as the office administrator to ensure office is properly running Provide basic administrative support, including scanning, filing, reception coverage, as well as coordinate activities to strengthen internal culture Maintain operational functions of the office ensuring supplies and equipment are available and functional Scan, file, and retrieve documents, records, and reports Act as reception backup Make arrangements for business meetings Schedule and arrange meals for the office Help plan and coordinate employee engagement events, such as holiday party, deadline celebrations, happy hours, morale-boosting activities, etc. Update and maintain office holiday decor and staging Prepare email communications
Perform project work Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree
