Professional Organizer Assistant About Us We are a growing home organizing business dedicated to helping clients create beautiful, functional, and clutter-free spaces. We work closely with clients to transform homes, simplify daily routines, and create systems that are easy to maintain. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and creative Professional Organizer Assistant to work alongside the owner on organizing projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, working with people, and helping create beautiful, functional spaces. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, contributes ideas, and wants to grow with the business. Responsibilities Assist with home organizing and decluttering projects Sort, categorize, label, and organize items in clients' homes Help create functional organizing systems tailored to each client's needs Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Lift, move, and transport bins, boxes, and organizing supplies as needed Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients Help prepare supplies and materials before projects Assist with packing and unpacking for home moves when needed Take before-and-after photos of projects Contribute creative organizing ideas and solutions Assist with social media content, marketing, and business promotion Support business growth by helping identify opportunities to improve client experience and services Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and responsible Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work quickly and efficiently Professional appearance and communication skills Comfortable working in different home environments Ability to take direction while also working independently Creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving Eager to learn and grow within the business Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Previous organizing, interior design, retail merchandising, customer service, or related experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely loves organizing and creating order A team player who works well alongside others Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details A self-starter who brings ideas and initiative Someone excited to help grow a small business and make a positive impact on clients' lives Schedule Flexible scheduling based on project needs.
