Home Health Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma required. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to work as a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Week Job Duties:
Will call insurance companies and Medicaid MCO's for prior authorization and complete paperwork as required to obtain authorization and follow up as needed to track authorizations. Track all information for PCR requirements on each patient to determine when PCR needs to be submitted. Ensure that OASIS codes are documented correctly and assist with coding issues. Call physician office about orders not signed and returned to us. Ensure all required documents are signed by Physician for PCR and scanned into chart for uploading to PCR Eservices. Individuals must demonstrate great cultural and socioeconomic sensitivity to populations served.
