Eldorado Office Minimum Requirements:
Must have a High School diploma or GED. Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must have excellent written and communication skills. Must be able to work within a team atmosphere and be flexible and adaptable.

Week Job Duties:
Will perform duties of receptionist; using a multi-line phone system, receiving visitors and/or clients, and will check in and schedule appointments in an electronic health record system. Computer skills a must. Must have familiarity with, and ability to quickly learn, basic office and clerical procedures and equipment. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and organize in a fast-paced environment. Must have accuracy in handling payments. Home office will be in Eldorado with coverage in other offices as needed. Evening work will be required. Must demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the families we serve. Performs other related duties as assigned. Must be able to follow confidentiality requirements at all times.
