DESCRIPTION
This position supports the office of the Assistant Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Professional Development, as well as department and building staff by performing duties as assigned. Candidate must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications, Google Workspace and student management systems. Candidate must be organized, able to prioritize work, and work well in cooperation with others.
JOB DUTIES
Creates and edits spreadsheets Assists in creating and editing presentations Assists in setting up various events Maintains budgets, calendars and contracts Prepares and processes a variety of documents Organizes and manages projects Procures supplies and materials Schedules meetings and activities Works with staff and students to facilitate office projects Receives visitors to the office and provides necessary support
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma. College degree preferred. Secretarial experience in a school or business environment preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
