Job Description Candidate will:
Greets patients and visitors, providing courteous, caring, and professional assistance to all individuals encountering the office Answer patient and visitor questions providing non-medical information and/or direct to appropriate person or department Assist in all accountability needs and helps maintain accurate records and files Works to enter correct and thorough information on all patients to ensure appropriate communication and standards are being met Works within a team and individually to ensure appropriate communication and standards are being met. Access to protected health information is limited to the minimum necessary to perform the duties of the job. Qualifications Previous medical terminology preferred Experience with an electronic health record, preferred Ability to effectively enter information into a variety of computer programs grade 13
