Job Description
We are seeking a polished, dependable, and highly organized Part-Time Personal & Family Assistant for an approximately one-year position supporting a busy family with household, personal, and occasional business needs. This position will average approximately 20-30 hours per week , with some flexibility based on the family's schedule. There may also be occasional overnight childcare when travel requires us to be out of town. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, trustworthy, and enjoys a role where no two days are exactly the same. Responsibilities Drive children to and from school, activities, and appointments Run personal and household errands, including grocery shopping Assist with light household cleaning, organization, and general upkeep Schedule appointments, make phone calls, and coordinate personal tasks Help manage household schedules and day-to-day needs Provide occasional overnight childcare when needed Provide administrative and organizational support for our family-owned trade show business Assist with business-related calls, scheduling, errands, organization, and special projects Ideal Candidate Dependable, punctual, and highly organized Professional, discreet, and trustworthy Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities Strong communication and administrative skills Comfortable and confident caring for children for children ages 12-16 Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation
