Job Description
Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Owner to provide comprehensive support in a dynamic office environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for project coordination. The Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, managing schedules, and assisting with various projects. Duties Provide executive administrative support to the Owner, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and communication flows smoothly between all parties involved. Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in event planning and execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management. Maintain office organization by overseeing supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and general office management tasks. Utilize Google Suite effectively for document creation, data management, and communication purposes. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent front desk and customer service skills; a friendly demeanor is essential. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in event planning or office management is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
