Office Services Coordinator Part-time Hours:
6:30am-10:30am, Onsite M-F Overview This role supports day-to-day office operations, covering mailroom management, large deliveries, supply stocking, and phone coverage. The position also acts as a backup to the Office Services Manager and monitors the department's shared inbox to handle employee requests. Core Responsibilities Run the mailroom, managing major carrier accounts and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Coordinate with building staff to handle large deliveries Keep office supplies and refreshments consistently stocked Handle physical bank deposits as needed Answer and route phone calls, taking messages when necessary Step in as backup for the Office Services Manager across various office-related tasks Monitor the Office Services inbox and respond to employee requests and inquiries Manage and track budgets for office supplies and snacks Schedule and oversee service requests for building maintenance, coffee machines, and other appliances Take on other related duties as needed Requirements Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Reliable and punctual Team player who takes ownership and initiative to see tasks through to completion Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage one's own workload Able to deliver quality work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Adaptable and open to direction and feedback Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods walking, standing, and climbing stairs
