As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team members.
Requirements:
Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner. Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Maintain office filing and storage systems. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Perform data entry, typing, and other clerical tasks as needed. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for staff. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Assist in organizing company events and activities. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role, with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. We are an equal opportunity employer.
