Job Description
We are seeking an energetic individual with a great personality, strong people skills and a mindset to work part-time in our office. Hours are Mon-Fri 8am-1:30pm.
Duties:
- Assist with handling the daily operations of the office
- Coordinate staff and their tasks
- Implement office policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Answer phones
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Fill in for caregivwers if needed Requirements
- Professional Communication skills and ability to write professional emails
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Knowledge of home care management experience is a plus Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
