JOB DESCRIPTION
Euclid Chemical is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kirkland, IL. This individual will be responsible for providing the daily administrative duties of answering the switchboard and directing calls, along with other office duties. Why join our team? Identifies and records the monthly production of all areas of the plant including per hour statistics Meets incoming visitors and requests the sign in and issues visitor badges Monitors the activity of the gates permitting truck entrance Maintains a safe and clean workplace Monitor and prepare the outgoing FedEx Freight and UPS freight, ground and overnight. Prepare shipping documents for orders Create and maintain production/shipping spreadsheets and records as needed Any other duties as requested by Plant Manager Working closely with office staff to achieve goals and project tracking Education/Experience 6+ months of related experience High-school diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience.
