This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and helping a team run smoothly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and manage incoming communications Provide general office support, including mail handling, supply management, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace Assist with purchase orders and basic job tracking support Support vehicle-related administration, including documentation and recordkeeping Assist with onboarding tasks and internal team coordination Act as a key administrative partner to Human Resources, supporting the Day Porter Division field staff Provide administrative support to field staff and internal teams as needed Review employee time for accuracy, track overtime, and process weekly payroll in QuickBooks Shop for and maintain office supplies and breakroom snacks Order, track, and manage inventory for the porter division Handle one-off projects and additional tasks as requested by leadership Qualifications and Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for office-related errands Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable working with technology and systems (including QuickBooks or similar platforms) Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay proactive Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
