Position Summary and Key Responsibilities The School of Education at McKendree University is seeking part-time adjunct instructors for the Graduate and Doctoral programs. Areas of need include recent experience as a district-level administrator (ideally as Superintendent), with expertise in School Law, State and District Policy, and Public-School Political issues.Qualifications Required Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have an earned Education Specialist degree from a regionally accredited institution and experience in one or more of the areas listed above and preferably be an active or recently active school administrator in the state of Illinois.Preferred Qualifications:
Active school administrator in the state of Illinois. Doctoral degree in Education is preferred. Work Conditions Evening availability is required.Regular pay rate:
$2,145.00 for each 3-hour course, per semester. Higher rates may apply for larger course enrollments, labs, or other duties. Online/remote teaching opportunities may exist dependent on the needs of the course. Applicants interested in online/remote opportunities must reside in the following states:IL, CA, FL, TN, KY.
