Job Description

We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Lincolnshire, Illinois. This is a Contract position suited for someone who can manage front-desk activity, handle incoming communications, and keep administrative tasks moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to maintain accurate records while supporting a busy office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized office environment.
  • Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support while ensuring a positive first point of contact.
  • Answer inbound phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay messages in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and consistency to support office records and reporting needs.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, files, and other administrative materials for easy access and tracking.
  • Coordinate general office support tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and routine clerical follow-up.
  • Assist team members with administrative requests and help keep workflows on schedule.
