In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate daily administrative functions, support field and project teams, and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on office management. Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Nice toHave Skills:
Familiarity with construction or project management documentation. Experience supporting billing, payroll, or accounts payable/receivable functions. Knowledge of safety compliance records and OSHA logs.Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior administrative experience, especially within union or construction environments, is a plus.Other Requirements:
