Overview Responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions supporting the on-site project management team. Responsibilities Greet visitors and direct them accordingly
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Assist with copying and scanning as needed
Maintain tracking and reporting spreadsheets needed for the project
Maintain an adequate amount of office supplies
Assist with project errands and food deliveries
May support with data entry in various systems (i.e. Salesforce)
Know where/how to locate all personnel in the office/shop/field
Partner with the IT department to help users troubleshoot onsite equipment issues (computers, copy machine, scanner)
Serve as a champion of the Company's safety culture
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education and Work Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year of experience in office support or administrative role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the Company's Zero Injury principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong organization and multitasking skills to manage various responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
Working Environment:
