In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties Manage multi-line phone systems , directing calls with professionalism and courtesy while providing exceptional customer service Handle front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors, and maintaining a positive first impression Perform data entry tasks such as scheduling and hiring files uploading Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff and clients Support office management activities including supply inventory, order processing, and equipment maintenance Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Experience Previous office experience or administrative support roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
