$50,000 – $60,000/Annually - Plus full health benefits We are an established manufacturer and distributor serving customers across several industrial markets, including automotive, commercial equipment, industrial machinery, and electrical manufacturing. Our products are used by manufacturers and distributors throughout the Midwest and across the country, and we have built our business around reliable products, responsive service, and long-term customer relationships. Our McHenry office is a close-knit team where people work together and take ownership of their work. About the Role We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our customers and internal operations. You'll help manage the process from the initial customer request or quote all the way through order fulfillment and delivery. What You'll Do Provide day-to-day administrative, customer service, and operational support Prepare customer quotes, purchase orders, order confirmations, and other documentation Contact suppliers to check product availability, pricing, lead times, and shipping information Compare pricing, availability, and lead times from multiple suppliers Track open orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure orders stay on schedule Communicate order status, pricing, availability, and delivery updates to customers Assist with general administrative and operational projects as needed What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within an office environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional and comfortable communicating by phone and email Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities at once Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Specifically Outlook)
