Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and support various office functions. Excellent communication skills will help foster a productive and welcoming workplace. Duties Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy Manage front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare documents, andspreadsheets. Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff and clients Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person to ensure excellent customer service Assist with office management duties such as filing systems, proofreading documents, and maintaining organized workspaces Requirements Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with administrative procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, or data entry software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Computer literacy including typing speed and accuracy; technical proficiency is a plus Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer support roles Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant is a plus Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Office Assistant and become an essential part of a team that values energy, professionalism, and proactive support.
