We are seeking an Assistant Administrator to join our skilled nursing team and work alongside an experienced Administrator in a well-established facility. This role is ideal for an individual who wants to expand their operational, regulatory, and leadership experience within a skilled nursing environment. As part of our long-term leadership development strategy, the Assistant Administrator will receive mentorship and hands-on training while supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility. With the current Administrator planning for retirement in the coming years, this position offers a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and prepare for future advancement. Must be licensed LNHA or soon-to-be licensed. What You'll Do As the Assistant Administrator, you will partner with the Administrator to support all aspects of facility operations, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and customer satisfaction.
