Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office by providing support to various departments. Your responsibilities will include assisting visitors, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with general administrative tasks. You'll be a crucial part of our team, helping to ensure that daily operations run efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Front Office:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office. Duties may include handling incoming calls, greeting/assisting visitors, overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, managing petty cash, and maintaining office supplies.
Program Support:
Provide assistance to all main campus programs (QRTP, Group Home, and TLP). Duties may include assistance with file management, ordering supplies, and other clerical work as needed.
Scheduling:
Manage conference room and vehicle availability for employees. Ensure vehicle keys and other necessary items are accounted for.
Events:
Assist in the planning and execution of events. Duties may include managing RSVPs, coordinating with caterers, purchasing supplies, and helping set up and clean up.
Purchasing:
Approve and/or purchase agency supplies as requested and ensure orders are properly distributed and invoiced.
Keys:
Monitor, distribute and maintain proper inventory of keys.
Cell Phones:
Monitor and distribute agency cell phones and serve as liaison between the agency and our carrier.
Other:
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent and previous office/administrative experience required. Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
Skills :
Must be organized, able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, basic computer skills, and detail oriented. Must have the ability to interact with, and relate to, diverse groups of people.
Miscellaneous:
Must pass all pre-employment drug screens and background clearances. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. •Exact pay commensurate with education and experience.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
