We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties Manage "front desk" responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems efficiently, handling calls with proper phone etiquette and redirecting as needed Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other office management tools Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for team members or executives, including appointment setting and reminders Provide customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring positive interactions at all times Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence to maintain high-quality standards Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies Requirements Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and organizational abilities preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting Strong typing skills with high accuracy; attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems, calendar management, and office supply inventory Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor Positive attitude, open-minded personality, and willingness to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment

$16.00 per hour
