COMPENSATION
: Administrative Assistant, $19.75/hour (new employee) plus full benefits package. Please note that the hourly rate of pay is inclusive of the mandatory 4.5% retirement contribution to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF).
BENEFITS

QUALIFICATIONS
Highly organized, flexible, and willing to work as a team to assist with priority projects Strong background in Excel, Word and Google applications Attention to detail Comfortable working closely with staff and students Comfortable working in stressful situations Bilingual skills helpful Willing to build trusting relationships with students Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of all student personal information Strong organizational skills Ability to relate well to students, staff and parents Excellent verbal and written communication skills including tact in communicating sensitive information with parents and/or faculty/staff Ability to work independently and multi-task. Flexibility and willingness to work as a team to assist with priority projects
