Job Description
This position performs a variety of medical office support functions necessary to ensure effective, accurate and professional operations for a busy medical practice. The front office associate is part of a team that is responsible for greeting all patients to the clinic. They check patients in and out, verify insurance and demographic information, schedule appointments, and support business and clinical operations. Qualified candidates will be able to multi-task and remain professional at all times. Prior medical office and customer service experience preferred. Occasional night and weekend availability is required.
