We're hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client in Rolling Meadows to be the go-to person for daily office operations while also supporting sales and project teams behind the scenes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, likes staying busy, and takes pride in keeping things organized and on track. What You'll Do Manage a low volume of incoming calls (typically 5-10 per day) and assist callers with questions Handle mail, packages, and deliveries Keep office supplies stocked and organized Set up simple weekly office orders (like refreshments) Welcome and assist vendors and visitors as they arrive Support general day-to-day office needs and team requests Monitor and respond to incoming bid requests through internal systems Upload important documents Work closely with sales and project teams to track project progress Help prepare and share simple weekly reports Assist with contract paperwork when needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction industry Someone who is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of priorities Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel) Administrative or office experience is helpful, but not required 1462419_1781719303 To Apply for this Job Click Here
