Our client, a leading real estate firm based in the Rosemont area, is seeking a welcoming and service-oriented Property Associate to enhance their dynamic property management team.

What You'll Do:

In this on-site role, you'll be the face of the building, ensuring a positive experience for tenants, vendors, and team members from the moment they walk in. You'll greet guests, handle essential operational responsibilities such as managing lease documentation, certificates of insurance, access requests, and work orders, and A/P data entry. Your organizational skills will shine as you prepare detailed reports and facilitate timely communication across all stakeholders. Additionally, you will assist with budget planning, reporting, and tenant engagement initiatives-all while striving to exceed expectations in customer service.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in commercial real estate, office management, or property administration, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn new technologies are essential. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
