Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and organized part-time personal assistant to provide support with family transportation and basic administrative tasks. The primary responsibilities will include safely driving children to and from school and activities, along with providing entry-level administrative and marketing assistance for a medical office. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, punctual, comfortable working with children, organized, and interested in learning or gaining experience in healthcare office administration and marketing. Responsibilities Personal and Family Assistance Safely transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and other scheduled locations. Maintain punctuality and communicate promptly regarding delays or schedule changes. Ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and properly maintained. Follow all traffic laws and appropriate child-safety requirements. Assist with occasional family errands and other personal tasks as needed. Administrative and Marketing Assistance Provide basic administrative support for the medical office. Assist with entry-level marketing tasks, including organizing materials and maintaining marketing calendars. Help create and publish content for the office's social media accounts. Assist with Canva designs, flyers, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Take appropriate photos and short videos for marketing purposes. Help research local businesses, community organizations, and potential marketing opportunities. Assist with contacting local businesses and community organizations as directed. Help organize office information, files, and other administrative materials. Support efforts to increase awareness of the medical practice and attract new patients. Follow HIPAA requirements and protect patient confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Reliable transportation and appropriate automobile insurance, if using a personal vehicle. Willingness to complete driving-record and criminal-background checks. Previous experience working with children is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn administrative and marketing tools. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, or similar platforms is helpful. Dependable, responsible, professional, and able to work independently. Comfortable handling a flexible schedule and multiple types of tasks. Prior marketing, administrative, or medical-office experience is helpful but not required. What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule.
