at Department of Natural Resources in Springfield, Illinois, United States Job Description Position Overview The Illinois Department of Natural Resources is looking to hire a Executive 1 for the Office of Law Enforcement. This position is responsible for organizing goals and objectives for executing Office functions within Records Management Systems and other applicable active law enforcement software systems, performs a variety of duties, some of which are confidential and sensitive in nature, relating to Office programs that support law enforcememt operations, and will serve as the Division Timekeeping and Printing Liaison.

Essential Functions Under direction, as a fuction administrator, organizes, plans, executes and develops policies, procedures and the application of Office programs relating to personnel matters Responsible for organizing goals and objectives for executing essential Office functions within Records Managment Systems and other applicable active law enforcememnt software systems, including accurate data entry, efficient data retrieval, and document handling. Confers with managment and conducts studies that have a direct impact on the credibility of the agency Serves as the Division Timekeeping Liaison Serves as Division Printing Liaison In the absence of a supervisor, attends meetings on behalf of the Division of Support Services (i.e., Information Technology, Illinois State Police, etc) Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above Minimum Qualifications Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with coursework in business or public administration Requires one year of responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization, or completion of an agency approved pro To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
