As independent brokers, they focus on clear communication and personalized support to ensure clients feel confident in their coverage choices, both now and in the future. Clemens Enterprises serves its community from offices in Westmont, IL and Naples, FL, with a strong commitment to integrity and client-centered service. Role Description The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. This includes managing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling basic correspondence and data entry. The role supports executives and team members with calendar management, document preparation, and general office organization. This is a Part-Time (20 hours/week), transitioning to full-time from September through December. Effective January 2027, schedule will return to 20 hours per week on-site position located in Westmont, IL, requiring consistent in-person presence to support clients and staff. Qualifications Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks, records, and documentation efficiently. Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills for interacting with clients, carriers, and team members. Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling tools). High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer service mindset with empathy and patience when working with seniors and their families. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information appropriately. Prior experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services is a plus. Compensation $17-$19 per hour
