Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for essential administrative tasks in relation to Prior Authorization Submittal.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, time management, and Microsoft Office skills. Be self motivated and should need minimal supervision. Be detail oriented and organized. Ability to multi-task competing priorities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY 1.
Manage and organize Prior Authorization spreadsheet. 2. Upload and reconcile prior authorizations into the EMR. 3. Request, manage, and upload required documents for Prior Authorizations; including, but not limited to, 485's, work letters, school calendars, etc. 4. Communicate effectively and prioritize required tasks with the Administrator. 5. Communicates effectively with all members of the interdisciplinary team through verbal reports, participation in staff meetings, and team conferences, as requested. 6. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary Full Benefits. Salary Position.
