Job Description

Service Writer/Advisor - RV & Travel Trailer Expertise Preferred Are you passionate about RVs and travel trailers? Do you have a knack for organization, customer service, and problem-solving? We're looking for a Service Writer/Advisor to join our team!
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge of RVs & Travel Trailers - Prior experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. A basic understanding of how they function and common defects is a plus. Tech-Savvy - Familiarity with data entry, Excel, and ERP systems is ideal. Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate software programs are required. Customer-Focused - You'll work closely with RV owners, ensuring their service concerns are thoroughly understood and documented clearly. Hands-On - Must be able to lift and set up a 12-foot ladder for RV roof inspections. Professionalism - Business casual attire is required. Team Player & Self-Starter - You'll share office space with the lead service coordinator and should be comfortable in a collaborative environment.
