POSITION SUMMARY
Assists the trust relationship officer and supports the manager with day-to-day account administration, the development of positive client relationships. special projects, general executive administrative responsibilities and ongoing auditing/reporting/data entry for business goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Supports managers by helping to coordinate meetings, managing calendar, completing audits/reporting, data entry (as needed), and other tasks as needed Types letters, forms, emails and handles routine mail Responds to and/or initiates contact with high profile clientele and internal staff in a professional manner Supports administrators as needed including on occasion the opening, closing and maintenance support on trust relationships Generates special reports, and presentation materials as needed Helps to coordinate local client and continued education events/activities Answers telephones Participates proactively in team environment Keeps administrators informed of contacts with clients Monitors and orders office supplies Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. Completes all compliance training related to the position Must learn and understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
One (1) to three (3) years of administrative, banking industry or personal trust experience preferred Good PC skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential Self-starter Ability to prioritize tasks Detail oriented, good number skills Professional demeanor Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to protect the confidentiality/privacy of others as appropriate, as well as of company documents and records Strong communication and organizational skills
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required. One (1) to four (4) year's college preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
