Job Summary The Project Delivery Administrator supports the Projects Specialists in executing integrator projects from PO receipt through equipment delivery.

SPONSORSHIP.. Responsibilities What You'll Do Support project execution from PO receipt through equipment delivery
Coordinate shipment readiness with internal manufacturing teams
Track project totals and request updated PO or change order from integrator when deemed necessary
Facilitate communication across engineering, manufacturing, and project teams
Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Assist with semi-annual financial audits (JSOX) Qualifications What We're Looking For 0-2 years of experience in material handling, automation, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or data systems experience a plus
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
