From museums and boutiques to corporate clients and retailers, our products are sold nationwide and internationally. We run a close-knit, collaborative team where reliability and follow-through matter, and we take pride in the relationships we build with our customers and each other. The Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support two key areas of our business: customer service & order processing, and accounting & office administration. You'll be a go-to resource for keeping daily operations running smoothly, someone who's comfortable switching gears, stays organized under pressure, and genuinely enjoys being the person who makes things happen behind the scenes. Responsibilities Customer Service & Order Support Process customer orders and invoices accurately and on time Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism Coordinate custom design requests and follow through on details Resolve shipping issues and assist with freight/shipment claims Support email marketing efforts and help maintain mailing lists Assist with supply ordering as needed Accounting & Office Administration Process vendor invoices and support payment processing (ACH, wire, check) Assist with general bookkeeping and account reconciliations Monitor automatic payments and flag banking activity as needed Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Support financial recordkeeping with accuracy and discretion What We're Looking For Experience with Sage 100 preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities Clear, professional communication, both written and verbal Previous administrative or office experience preferred Someone who takes initiative and follows through without being asked twice What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule that works around your life Warm, family-business culture where you're not just a number Exposure to multiple business functions, a great opportunity to grow your skill set Consistent, stable part-time work with a company that's been around and knows what it's doing If you're organized, dependable, and take pride in doing great work, we'd love to meet you.
