LifeSpring is seeking a Project Director for the Assisted Outpatient Treatment program, which serves Clark, Floyd, Jefferson, and Dubois counties in Indiana. This position will provide clinical and strategic oversight of a federally funded project, ensuring the completion of required program activities and fidelity of program services. Responsibilities include overseeing all program staff, working directly with local court systems, implementing evidence-based practices (EBPs), and tracking and reporting program metrics to SAMHSA. The position requires a Master's degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health field, Public Health, or Public Administration. The preferred candidate will be a licensed (or license-eligible in the State of Indiana) behavioral health clinician with experience working in or directly with justice systems.
