Job Description

Join the Wabash Center Team! Since 1953, Wabash Center has been a leader in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and special needs. We are seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our Day Services and Supported Living departments. What You'll Do Manage the front desk and reception area while providing exceptional customer service. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system. Welcome visitors professionally and courteously. Provide administrative support to department leadership and program managers. Assist with filing, mail distribution, data entry, document scanning, and record maintenance. Maintain office supply inventory and assist with purchasing department supplies. Help ensure office equipment is functioning properly. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and reception areas. Support special projects and other administrative duties as assigned. At least one year of administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
