Job Description

Required EducationHigh school diploma Required ExperienceExperience working with executives required10 or more years office/customer service experienceAccept internships as job experience: YesComparable backgrounds: customer service representative, receptionist, administrative assistant, secretaryRequired SkillsInitiative & problem-solvingOrganization & multi-taskingCustomer service & hospitalityComfortable with Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word, Excel (basic data entry and spreadsheet management), PowerPointStrong file management / OneDrive, SharePointProficient with calendar and scheduling toolsExperience with point-of-sale systemsBasic knowledge of audio-visual setups for Microsoft TeamsTechnical Skills (Desired)Quick learner with natural technical problem-solving abilityJob DescriptionProvide high-level administrative supportConduct researchHandle information requestsPerform clerical functionsAct as information and communication manager for an officeSupervise general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping workReview and approve invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documentsReview and approve corporate documents, records, and reportsRead and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distributionPrepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetingsTypical task breakdown: Assist with administrative work in planning tours, basic office functions such as filing, scanning, scheduling, and assisting with ancillary functions of the office; critical thinking with scheduling & meeting needsInteraction with team: Daily interaction with internal departmental team, external departments, and customer base
