Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team. This position is critical to ensuring that cases are processed efficiently and accurately, and completed on time, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of their work from initiation through completion. Key Responsibilities Manage cases from intake through completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution. Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards and policies. Coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and service expectations. Proactively identify discrepancies, research solutions, and resolve issues to prevent delays and improve outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless case progression and effective communication. Maintain accurate records and ensure information is properly entered and updated across multiple systems and databases. Monitor workflows and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability. Demonstrate accountability and ownership while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of work. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; however, candidates with exceptional relevant experience and a demonstrated track record of success in administrative operations, case management, office administration, or related fields will be strongly considered. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in an office environment, including autonomous administrative responsibilities and managing complex workflows. Prior leadership, supervisory, or project management experience is highly desirable. Advanced proficiency with technology and the ability to effectively navigate multiple software platforms and systems. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and excel in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment. Reliable transportation and a demonstrated commitment to professionalism, accountability, and consistent attendance.
