Job Description

Life Strategies is a fast-paced, mission-driven, BCBA-owned behavioral health agency focused on helping people live their best lives. We're currently looking for a reliable, organized, and people-first Administrative Assistant to bring energy, professionalism, and smooth daily operations to our Crown Point, IN office. If you're someone who loves being in the center of the action, thrives in a busy office setting, and enjoys helping others, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Be the first friendly face (or voice) clients see and hear Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling Support client intake and account processes Handle filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization Provide general support to our team members and clients Help maintain a positive, well-organized, and professional office environment We'd Love to

What You'll Need:
Ability to pass background checks (criminal, DCS, etc.) Three professional references Negative TB test and drug screening Required documents: resume, valid ID, diplomas/transcripts, and any relevant licenses or certifications
