Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and office support Answer and make telephone calls Generating and handling traffic Data entry to existing software and excel spreadsheets Word processing, letter generation and follow up Other responsibilities that may be assigned by supervisor
Requirements/Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred. Above average verbal, math and writing skills. Fundamental understanding of sales techniques and public relations. A willingness to follow directions and work within a group environment; be a team player. Computer experience, including accurate skill in using Microsoft Word and Excel. A car, valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required. Impeccable presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be organized, prepared and be able to overcome prospect's objections. We expect you to provide an overall professional and positive environment for the residents of our apartment community. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of previous administrative experience. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing. This position is part-time, but we do offer a flexible schedule. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Looking for someone who is eager and willing to learn!
