Administrative Assistant / Client Retention Coordinator - Insurance Agency Northwest Indiana / Chicagoland Area Full-Time A growing insurance agency is seeking a highly organized, professional, and client-focused Administrative Assistant / Client Retention Coordinator to support agency operations and strengthen long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, customer service, organization, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound client communication and provide exceptional service Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up processes Conduct proactive outreach to existing clients to improve retention and satisfaction Assist clients with service-related needs and documentation requests Maintain accurate CRM records and client files Support educational events, seminars, and office coordination Help create a seamless and professional client experience
Qualifications:
Required:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent phone and communication abilities Professional demeanor and attention to detail Ability to work independently and solve problems Comfortable learning software and CRM systems
Preferred:
Administrative, healthcare, insurance, or customer service experience Experience in retention, relationship management, or account support Bilingual English/Arabic preferred
