Duties Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy. Manage front desk responsibilities, including handling incoming mail and packages. Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate document management. Support office management tasks like calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and event coordination. Assist with bookkeeping using JOBBER for invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client communication efforts. Requirements Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills. Excellent phone communication skills with knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Personal assistant or administrative experience is preferred but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
