What We Are Looking For The Facilities Group National is looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support our client services. You will be responsible for completing a variety of administrative tasks to support our operational teams. To work well in this role, you should have some administrative experience and basic computer skills.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Overseepayroll processing. Assistnew hires withtheapplicationprocess. Assistwith onboarding employees on their first day of work. Provide employee safety training. Guideteam members and new hiresthrough any challenges in using ADP. Send emailsand other forms of communication as needed. Help with office documents as needed. Provide employee safety training. Assist Site Manager with any other duties as needed.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
Ability to manage your time efficiently. Work well when supervisors are not present. Able to work independently or with a team. Knowledge of warehouse operations and cleaning procedures(Preferred). Familiar with tools used in dailywarehousework and how they function(Preferred).
Bilingual:
English/Spanish (Highly Preferred). Able to useMS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent. Authorized to work in the U.S. - We Use E-Verify.
