Administrative Support- Arco Electric, Shelbyville IN Are you able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining personal organization? Would you enjoy working in a collaborative team? Do you have experience with providing exceptional customer service? If so, we want you on our team. Arco Electric Products, a division of Kirby Risk Corporation specializing in the manufacturing of rotary phase converters, power factor correction capacitors, and bus bar assemblies. What You'll Do as a Administrative Support In this role, you will direct customers and vendors, manage calls, provide clerical support, and maintain a professional and positive environment.
You'll:
Perform administrative support functions as requested Engage in location projects as needed Plan and oversee the packing of products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards Generate accurate bill of ladings for all outbound shipments Ensure timely pickups, regulatory requirements, and customer delivery expectations are met Communicate proactively regarding customer shipment status, delays, or exceptions What Makes You a Great Fit High school diploma and/or 2+ years relevant work experience Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities and successfully meet several deadlines at once Credible and responsible team-player Proficiency with Microsoft Office What to Expect in This Role Onsite, indoors, in a controlled temperature environment, with a variation of noise levels. This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipment Fast-paced, collaborative, and competitive manufacturing business environment
