Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors. Your proactive approach, combined with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, will help foster an efficient and welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a thriving organization committed to excellence. Schedule would be 8-5 Monday-Friday with a one-hour unpaid lunch. Duties Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls with professionalism and courtesy while providing outstanding customer service. Perform data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and spreadsheets to ensure accurate record keeping. Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to support efficient document retrieval and compliance. Support office management activities including supply inventory and general administrative support. Proofread correspondence and documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications. Assisting with vehicle title documents. Performing payroll as the backup associate when the payroll manager is in need of assistance. Experience Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment with a strong understanding of office management principles. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes. Experience using multi-line phone systems and delivering excellent phone etiquette in customer service or front desk roles. Technical proficiency with computer literacy skills including typing speed, proofreading, filing systems, and general office software tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
