Heritage Painting - Office Coordinator Heritage Painting is looking for a highly organized and dependable Office Coordinator to join our team in Tipton, Indiana. You'll play an important role in keeping the office, customers, sales team, and production team organized and running smoothly. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be organized, tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Compensation Package:
$40,000 - $55,000 base salary, depending on experience Performance-based bonuses tied to customer satisfaction (NPS) Opportunity for growth into Office Management, Business Administration, and other operational rolesKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through inbound calls and emails Schedule painting estimates and coordinate customer appointments Help ensure a smooth transition from sales to production Maintain the production calendar with the Production Manager and Owner Assign projects to crews and coordinate schedules Manage customer schedules, colors, and project details Keep Wallogy updated with accurate job information Manage the company's NPS customer satisfaction program Process invoices and accounts receivable Follow up on unpaid customer balances Help keep production on schedule and support weekly operational goals Work closely with the office, sales, and production teamsQualifications:
Strong office administration or administrative support experience Previous office coordination or scheduling experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and technology skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new technology and software Experience with Wallogy, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Workspace is preferred Ability to quickly become proficient with new systems Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete any required pre-employment screeningPay:
