An Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative/clerical support for the Community, answer phone calls, and greet visitors to the Community. As an Administrative Assistant , you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Maintains a liaison with the residents, their families, support departments, etc., to adequately plan for the residents' needs. Reports to the Executive Director, supports the Executive Director and the overall operation of the facility.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. 2-5 years' experience in a secretarial/ administrative assistant role. Demonstrated experience in being organized, self-directed and ability to multitask. Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
