An Administrative Assistant is responsible for carrying out a wide range of administrative/ clerical support for the Community and the Executive Director, answering phone calls, maintaining organization in the office area and greeting visitors to the Community. As the Administrative Assistant, you report to the Executive Director. This position requires the ability to work well with others, professionalism and a excellent aptitude for customer service. The Administrative Assistant will protect the rights and confidentiality of our residents, and value and respect the choices and preferences of residents to create attributes of home with an emphasis on person-centered service.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer proficiency is required.
